At FASTT Car Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a return and refund facility under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • Item is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Products will not be eligible if:

  • Product has been used
  • Product damaged by customer misuse
  • Request made after return period

To request a return:

3 Provide product images if damaged
4 Our team will review and approve the request

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed if:

  • Product is out of stock after payment
  • Return request is approved
  • Order cancelled before shipping

Refund methods may include:

  • Adjustment in next order
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing time:

5–7 business days after approval

Exchange Policy

If the product is defective, we may offer replacement instead of refund depending on stock availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor packaging damage from courier
  • Delay caused by courier service

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipping by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
